Our bullet-resistant wood veneered doors and hollow metal frame assemblies are designed with a "non-ricochet" feature to safely capture and retain projectiles, reducing the risk of injury or lateral penetration. The frames are crafted from cold-rolled, prime-painted steel, precisely cut, formed, and welded to exact specifications, with ballistic armor integrated into the 2″ face to meet required protection levels.

The doors incorporate a fiberglass armor core with a particle board substrate, veneered door skins, and edge molding, offering both superior protection and an elegant finish. Ballistic Level 1 to 3 doors are 1 3/4″ thick, while Levels 4 to 8 are 2″ or more in thickness for advanced security. Each assembly leaves the factory mounted on its frame with a heavy-duty, clear anodized aluminum continuous gear hinge and is prepped for hardware options such as cylindrical locks, mortise locksets, or exit devices. This ensures reliable performance, durability, and exceptional security.
