Our bullet-resistant wood veneered doors and hollow metal frame assemblies are engineered with a "non-ricochet" design to capture and retain projectiles, minimizing the risk of injury or lateral penetration. The frames are constructed from cold-rolled, prime-painted steel that is precisely cut, formed, and welded to size. Each frame includes ballistic armor integrated into the 2″ face to meet required protection levels.

The doors feature a fiberglass armor core with a particle board substrate, veneered door skins, and edge molding, combining robust security with an attractive finish. Doors rated for ballistic levels 1 through 3 are 1 3/4″ thick, while levels 4 through 8 are 2″ or more in thickness for enhanced protection. Each assembly is factory-prepared, mounted on its frame with a heavy-duty, clear anodized aluminum continuous gear hinge, and designed to accommodate cylindrical locks, mortise locksets, or exit devices, delivering superior security and functionality.
